I just had a phone interview for a summer internship. Man I suck on the phone. It’s almost funny, except that I really want this job. The interviewer, who had never seen my resume, did a great job of making me relaxed and comfortable, but I was still pretty shaky. He asked me how I would implement a word processor, which is a pretty big deal. I didn’t know, so that’s not great. Still I thought it was pretty sweet idea. I’ve now how two interviews, both of which asked how to solve big problems that clearly weren’t solvable in 30 minutes. I think I’ve thought harder in those two interviews than I do in any average 30 minutes of a class here.
I’m wiped out so that’s all now.
