Launchy is a free tool that allows for quick program launching. In Vista, the new version of Windows, you can launch a program just by starting to type its name. Launchy mimics the behavior. There are some excellent screenshots on their website. Here is an example.
You should download it and check it out. I can’t imagine using my computer without it.
