It’s Friday, so I thought you might be look for some light reading. I need to introduce the characters quickly. My sister is Julia and Mom is Trisha.
So I get an email from Julia Strasser that is a reply to a thread that my Mom had sent a few weeks ago, and that I had replied to. It was to schedule a trip out here to visit us (Julia also lives in Seattle). Here is her reply:
Hi,
thanks for keeping me informed on this all but I think you accidentally entered me as a recipient of your conversation, don’t you think?

I didn’t think too hard on it, and replied, asking her what she was talking about. Then she replied to me, saying “Who?”, which, for anyone who knows me, is a typical response. I thought she was joking, so I responded to her: “don’t take that tone with young lady”.
Fast forward to last night. Julia and I were chattin online, as kids are wont to do, and I asked her what her deal was. She said Mom had asked the same thing but she had no idea what was going on. I pasted in her email from that morning, and then, well:
Julia: can you forward me the email
also why would i say cheers to you and mom
me: oh hahahahahahahahaha
look at the from
Julia: ok seriously can you send me the email
10:23 PM i don’t know what’s happening
me: mom emailed [the wrong address]

Julia: hahahahaha
so some random girl got it?
that is hilrious
10:24 PM me: and then it got better
hold on i will forward it to you
Julia: that is so funny because mom was like i didn’t understand your email this morning
i was like i didn’t email you this morning
she was like maybe it was yesterday
me: hahahahah
Julia: and then she was like, but anyway we can talk about it later
i was like, talk about what?
10:25 PM that explains it
