About 3 days after my prediction that better web creation software is on the way, I heard about Weebly, which claims to do just that. I poked around and it looks like the drag-and-drop interface is pretty intuitive. The site, aimed at non-technical users, lets you choose your own design, add content, and publish, all from the web interface. Looks pretty cool to me.
