I just finished reading Lawrence Lessig’s Declaration for Independence, in which he introduces the Change Congress movement. Lessig writes well, so do not be afraid of the length (as I was). Pour a cup of coffee and read his argument if you are at all interested in what the general public thinks of Congress.
