I found this cool site over the weekend called ChaCha which lets you get answer quickly, either by texting or calling them. It knows the things you might expect, like the weather and stock information, but you can ask it anything. Some examples they use include:
Who is the richest man in the world?
How many ounces are [...]

It is my birthday month right now, and a lot of people have been asking me what I want (what a tough problem I know). Usually I just tell me mom to coordinate everything, and she probably will still. To help, though, I created a wish list using a service called BoxedUp. It seems pretty [...]

I was watching House the other day and an ad for something called LoudNClear came on the TV. The device, which looks like a bluetooth headset, amplifies sound, sort of like a hearing aid for a regular person. These are some of the amazing uses cited in the commercial:

I just finished reading Lawrence Lessig’s Declaration for Independence, in which he introduces the Change Congress movement. Lessig writes well, so do not be afraid of the length (as I was). Pour a cup of coffee and read his argument if you are at all interested in what the general public thinks of Congress.

Often I stumble upon a blog that looks interesting, and which I would like to read from the beginning. Sometimes blogs are stories that should be read in chronological order, or sometimes they just have such timeless content that you want to read everything, not just the posts that happen after you subscribe.
I don’t know [...]

Good news everyone. You can now sync the contacts from your Gmail account with your Blackberry address book! I have been waiting a long time for this, and I imagine you have too. So, the short version is that Google has decided to implement the feature themselves. Go to m.google.com/sync from your mobile phone. See [...]
